DOA & Gate of madness

Hi, i'm playing a lot on my warrior but what is freaking me out is that people can do a DOA with heroes(well they told me)
My first question: Is it possible?
Sec: Can i do it with my warrior

Then another thing is people can do with there heroes only the Gate of Madness misssion run. Can i do it to with my warrior and how?

Plz if anything is possible of this give me build or a link of it!
