Hi i'm looking to buy Pywatt's Talons or the perfect mods to craft perma daggers.

I'm then looking for those mods:
+15% (under enchants) OR +15%^50
Zealous (-1/1)
Enchantments last 20% longer

For talons i am thinking about 5k and for mods 1k each
