like i said in the title, im looking for a price on my frog scepter. it's max, requires 9 divine favor and is inscribable. current mods i have on it are about as good as it gets, halves skill recharge of spells (chance: 10%) (wand wrapping of quickening, and inscription is energy +5 (while health is above 50%) ("hale and hearty" inscription.
