change the ZE farm cap from 6k per day?

How many times have U been on a ZE farm and ppl leave after 2k? so how do U create incentive for ppl not to leave?

Or how many times have U been on a GOOD team that just rolls thru the rounds & U would like to keep playing? I propose changing the max per day to REMOVE THE LIMIT, BUT once U do loose, U CAN"T get back in again for 24 hrs. Foe party size could increase by 1 foe for EVERY round after 15 to increase difficulty

1) ppl will likely zero their balth B4 entering a session
2) ppl with cap at 10k will likely stop at 10k (only 4k more than currently)
3) ppl with larger cap will get the benefit of USING the larger cap
4) teams would likely form around cap size
5) penalizes poor teams
6) penalizes teams that form with leavers
7) might discourage PvP players that only need 1 k balth to get a skill and join a pug with the intention of leaving
8) potential to significantly increase amount of balth an ORGANIZED coop team can attain in 24hrs
9) more ppl might play ZE
10) griefers would join to ruin balth farm for some (but could only do it once per day)

Well, Zaishen Elite is meant to let people train for the real thing.

People still go there because enemies have fixed builds and you can prepare against them, plus they have AI brains, so they are quite easy to beat.

It may sound right "let them continue if they win", but that could open a door to parties of specialized builds meant to keep going on and on and on...

So, I won't mind letting them to keep receiving Balthazar if they don't lose, as long as is once per enemy team.
So if you get the "I Will Avenge You" Warriors team twice, the second time you'll get faction only if you are under the limit, and once you go beyond the limit, you'll get faction only if it was a team you didn't fight before.

Once you hit the limit and defeated all teams, it's time to go find other challenges.

No. Go play some real PvP instead of abusing the tutorial.

I can Trap Team my way through ZE easily enough. 6k is more than enough Faction/day from ZE.

Never. Go do RA or something, the Zaishen Challenge/Zaishen Elite is meant for training for real PvP, not getting free balth faction.

My main has 27 titles (BFG) = nothing in PvP.

Its the NEW PvP player PUG conundrum...

If UR not ranked (like me), PvP'ers dont take U in PvP PUGS (HA/TA). I get booted 90% of the time I get asked my rank (R0) when I join a PUG (that's just part of the PvP player mentality - who wants to take a chance on losing?). Typically the ones that don't boot are just a randomway PUG & the win % is less than 5% anyway.

If UR not ranked, PvP guilds don't readily accept U (most interviewers ask rank & exp). Check out the Guru recruit ads LF PvP players (ALL WANT RANK)

So if UR an unranked player that wants Balth ... that leaves RA JQ FA & ZE (I play them all as much as the No Opposing Party will let me)

Aside from that... anyone thats done ZE more than a few times knows that the AI doesn't really play like real PvP players - its mock training at best.

oh and an obvious plea for more methods to earn Zkeys ... That must B a bad thing right? Since ANET is obligated to NOT provide more ways to earn small amounts of balth that players use to buy zkeys. Cause that kind of change wont make the game fun for ANYONE right? It wil only make it worse for ppl that don't ZE. Ultimately the point of the post is to increase the "playing time". After all, playing time is the most important part about the game.

But I C UR points all... don't change the game. ZE is FUN the way it is... I only wish I could make the FUN last longer...

i loled i do how ever think that the 2k cap should be applied to the Zaishen you play against at the start of ha so you can get some faction from them, and it would count towards your 2k cap for the day.

Go with 3 heroes and a ranger trapper and ur gonna get the 6k in like 30 minutes... if u raise it then its just in a gay attempt to get more ZKEYS... is XTH not enough?

There are plenty of ways to get into PvP, you just haven't tried hard enough. And do you think you having 27 titles makes you good?

6k cap is fair. do not need people farming up 50k balth faction a day in no contest matches.

there is no challenge in trapping ZE. one zkey per day is quite enough for most people, that sill means 36 keys per month or so.

let's whine more about the fact we cannot farm faction with ZERO efford!

ZE is a 'training' ground. Be glad you get anything from it. If you can't find a PUG to take you for HA, then play RA or TA. If you can't find a guild that will take you, look harder. Yes, the high end PvP guilds may require a rank, but many PvP guilds will help train you on how to play things like GvG and HA. PUGing anything but NM PvE is a waste of time. If you want to be successful at anything beyond NM PvE, use guild/alliance teams. Yes, you can find a PvP guild to take you, you just have to look, talk, and play.

For almost zero wait for the Competitive Missions (JQ/FA) join the Luxons. As far as RA is concerned, you shouldn't be waiting more than twice maximum.

If you to get into PvP, try using some of Guru's numerous resources. Take the advice listed everywhere to join a PvP Guild and get going. Make a post in the LF PvP Guild forum, I guarantee several replies despite your having no rank.

You want a way of getting an unlimited amount of PvP faction by fighting PvE AI.

People still use the Zaishen Elite? Anyways it's not supposed to be used for farming Balthazar faction. All it is, is to give you a tiny glimpse of a PvP environment. Anything else is just a bonus.

If anything there needs to be a thread about updating the Zaishen elite with more up to date team builds. Don't get me wrong it's hilarious watching a bunch of NPC IWAY warriors run into my traps... actually keep that in, that shit is funny stuff.
