The Foundry of Failed Creations Farm(Monk)

I'm kind of new at this farm and I want to learn more. Looks like a really good farm which I can earn some money. What's the best monk build farm.?

I'm new at farming at DoA. Are there still builds that you are able to farm with. I'm mostly into Stygian veil and city of torc'qua. I'm using my monk to farm so if there are any builds still available to farm with post here.
Also is there some special type of armor I'm suppose to have

When I get into city of torc'qua I start out fine. But that first big group, I don't know why I cant kill the last margonites left. I don't die i just cant kill them famine and quickening zephyr are up all the time so I don't know why
