can an Ele farm the Halcyon Job?

Anyone got any builds?

Been looking but there doesn't seem to be a build for it?

Thanks - sorry I am quite new to this so not very "leet" but I dont mind trying and learning, and obviously failing a few times.

a 330 rit can also farm this extremely easily.
