Black screen while entering areas

I just bought a new video card (Sapphire radeon 4870) and now whenever I go to an area to load it will show 0 files remaining then screen blacks out comes back and shows loading screen again before it will let me enter... any idea on what I can do?

I have the same problem with Windows 7 beta. GW still loads but it takes a few seconds. I'm assuming that after a while it will go away.

my HD4850 does it too. or more precisely, the screen tends to flicker once on loading screens. i think it's common for all radeon cards... probably a driver issue.

however, this does not affect how the game runs, so just ignore it and play.

Same thing on the HD4670, it dosent affect gameplay but is a minor annoyance.
