Make your own team/borrow someones hero's for FoW as its pretty easy.
For UW, get the help of friends or guild etc. I dunno how to do it with just hero's tbh. I dont think as random pug could do it (except SC)
fow can be done with heroes,take your 3 heroes and borow 3 more from someone.Uw is harder so unless u have some friends in alliance or guildies, i wouldn't know how would u do it,maybe pay to leech.
Underworld is possible with a friend and 6 heroes, you just need to have a way to do the Four Horsemen quest; other than that UW isn't any harder than any other area.
Stop trying to join Speed Clear PUGs and ask your guild/alliance for help. Ranger is normally used for a 'balanced' build for FoW clears, but UW won't use a Ranger from a PUG view. Friends and guild/alliance are your best option for any elite area, even if running a speed clear build.
