Graphics problems

Hio, i recently upgraded monitors to a nice cheap Asus 22inch HD (Cannot remember the model but the monitor isnt the issue)

Ive changed my resolutions to fit the screen nicely (1920 x 1080) and ive also changed it in-game to this res. But it has come with a load of graphical issue (See attached pics)

Now they don't bother me that much, but im just curious as to why this may be happening, and although i don't think my pc is anything to do with this, my specs are as follows.

Motherboard: P5N-D
Graphics: 9800GTX+
CPU: Q6600 (Will be upgrading to a 45nm core2 soon, not sure which one.)
RAM: 4GB 800mhz DDR2

Welcome to any suggestions/anyone else with same problem.

EDIT: Ah crap i just noticed that the screenshots dont actually capture what im seeing in terms of glitches, does that mean that it is probably my monitor even though i dont get these graphical problems with any other game i run?

EDIT: As i said im sure its not a monitor issue, games like crysis and farcry are unaffected.

To go into more detail, its just weird lines during loading, or when looking at my char the stomache may have dark, weird colours, and will either increase in size or decrease as i move the view around my char.

EDIT: Seems to happen only on bare skin and loading times :S
