Comments on my NM team build?

HOw is this NM team build that i thought up? I am a barrager with save yourselves, vekk is a mind blast nuker with splinter weapon, mox is an orders derv, and olias is a bomber/prot hybrid. I usually bring both monk henchies and both warrior henchies. I will post actual skills later because I am short on time. Thanks!

Orders with only 1 physical damager (you with barrage) is not very good; especially since most of your damage is coming from Splinter Weapon and your hero's nukes. But the fact that it's NM means that the nukes will do lots of damage, and wipe everything before you really can get foes balled up.
Save yourselves isn't really necessary in normal mode because the monsters already do pitiful damage, and the extra AL won't help that much (It is still an awesome skill to pack though )

i usually bring both warrior or atleast 1 melee henchman.

need to see the actual bars to be able to give any real input on them, for nm it shouldnt matter too much what you run though

To be honest, you'd be faster using 3 x [Searing Flames] Elementalists in Normal Mode.

lot's of melee u have, go for more caster. i agree with Morkai =) sabway is also good for about anything ;-)
