quick speed clear question

I was just wondering what would be the easiest team farming "speed clear" for someone just starting out as a perma sin.

UW: Waste, Plains or Pits is the easiest.

I suggest you learn the runs by watching vids on youtube before you go do it. It's really annoying to have sins that do the run for the first time, die, and leave. Cons wasted.

I'd say watch a few vids, go practice (with glyph of swiftness) doing perma, maybe run a few areas. Or join a guild that does FoWSCs often and they can teach you too.
