Someone told me today to put a major vigor rune AND some vitae on my armor and I was wondering if it would stack.

It says that it is not stackable, but i've been told quite often to put them both...

A vigor rune is not stackable with other vigor runes. But a vitae rune is stackable (it says right on them). Why do you think vitae exists? If it wasn't stackable, it would literally never be used over a vigor one. Just think about it...

I know vitae are stackable together, my question was : Are they stackable with VIGOR runes ?

For instance, is it possible to have +50, +10, +10, +10 and +10 ?

Yes. Vigors do not stack with other Vigors. And a Vitae is obviously not a Vigor, hence....
