Can you access the guild wars servers from The Philippines?

I heard some asian countries are blocked from accessing guild wars servers. Can you access the Guild Wars servers from The Phillipines? Thanks!

Blocked? No.
They are (temperarely?) blocked from having access to the other districts.
For instance if Europe was blocked, you can play with European players, just no American players.

as for the pino servers Vs others im not sure. however i have a few friends in te phillipines that i group with all the time. in fact i just got out of the undercity with one of them. He lives outside manilla and hes never mentioned any issues accessing AD or Euro Districts either.

so i guess im thinkin that no blocks have been thrown up as of recently.

You can access the GW servers from the Philippines. I'm from there . Go buy the game and have fun!

and even though the servers where blocked, there are way to avoid those blocks easy ...
