how is that possible? there is a req 9 divine favor, casting healing 20% going for 65 ecto atm. mine has that same mod for smiting prayers... i think you're price check is a tiny bit off...
yours is a 20/10 not a 20/20. And since ghostly staves doesn't come in healing nor prot req, a low req divine favor with perfect 20% HCT heal and prot is the only ghostly staff a heal/prot monk can use, thus they are expensive.
