which dungeons can be done with a perma sliver build ?

ok, this can fit in the sin, farming or EotN sections.

if you know from your experience that a certain dungeon can be done solo with a perma sliver build, please note so. also add if it can be done HM or only NM and if there are special changes to the basic build.
