Vizu is listed for 70m but should probably be more like 50-55m
Everlasting henchman tonics vary based upon which ones they are.. I would pay 10ke EACH for Adepte or Luzy Fiera but they dont want to sell. I would say prices on them should be 2ke-10ke depending on which ones they are. There is a few that look rather plain that shouldn't be used as examples of prices for all henchman tonics.

Saw 2 Everlasting Cerebral Tonics sell for 100e from the same guy. I bought a third from him for 90e. 2 hours later, I sold it for 120e. I guess that would make it 600k to 800k(assuming 15e=100k)

Made a few changes to the following -
Lich - Rising in price for some reason. Still possible to pick these up for 10k. Bought one for 5k here on guru.
Ox - Rising due to rarity
Gwen - Dropped price by 10k
Kunni - Average 40e each. Since there is still Faction CE's being sold these will drop more
Destroyer - Rising due to rarity (unded)
Asura - Dropping in price now. Too many sellers, not enough buyers.
Elf/Freezie - Price rise due to wintersday. Price will drop again.
I'm leaving Jora/Nian prices alone for time being. Will update when I get a few more buys/sells.
Mad King Guard - 300arms unded - 100arms+ (ded) - Not adding these for the time being. Seller can ask what they want. (within reason)

El Tonic Prices are a bit off... you have a bunch of them listed all 30-40e while many easily have a higher premium.
Have sold two abyssals lately easily for 50-60e
Ooze still can get 45-50e (sold a few)
El Macabre is 15-20e max

I think the price of Mini Unded Mallyx is a bit off. For the last 3 weeks I've bought, sold and seen quite a few anywhere from 30e to 40e in game. I attempted to sell them at 50e for quite some time. Could not garner any interest at that price.
Also agree with Stuey on his assessment on EL. Tonics. I have witnessed the same.
Also sold an Unded Polar Bear for 1525e. However I think the 1300-1350e range is about right.
