alot of negotiations with alot of people.. finally jsut got fed up, barrowed some money and paid the higher price.
Couple people in kamadan pm's me saying they had c/o of around 410e~440e.. personally i think these were bogus c/o's (the person i bought from paid 310e for theirs so c/o's of 400e+ are like almsot certainly bogus).
