I wont merch this shield. It is fine for caster shield. You obviously dont know your shields that well.

I would merch it as well.... if you want to use as a caster shield, fine, but most would want something useful like 30hp. 58 hexed +10 vs blunt is a crappy combo. If you just want to use, do it, don't post on here saying people don't know stuff when you ask for help.
