Looking for a guild to train me

I mostly RA because I'm in a pve guild with my friends, but I really want to get better at pvp. I kind of want to go into the gvg and HA field. My main problem is that I'm incredibly stubborn, so I refuse to play anything but a ranger. I'm usually logged on for long periods of time in the day, under either Marth Legolas or Sin Marth. I also need to add that I've never been in a gvg or HA
