ok question...
i read on guild wiki and found that to get to slavers exile i have to have one person in my group to have finished eotn, does this mean some1 on my account or the actual character you are on?

It means someone in your party... whether it be the character you're using, or another human in the group.

Ok,Basically,
What that means is that someone in your party has to have completed EOTN on that character.. the account dont make a difference,

i no but like i want to do it with h/h and i want to know if i can finish eotn on my war then farm for voltaic spears with my sin...?

since his heroes and henchies (party he mentioned) haven't finished EOTN, then his SIN has to finish it.

if u want to farm it on ur sin, u have to complete eotn on ur sin. it's not account wide unlocked.

the only way to be able to enter on your own is by having completed the final mission in EotN called A Time for Heros. Or simply if someone else in your group has completed this. However, in that case he would have to enter the dungeon.
