I'll assume it's insc since it says so in his post. We do need to know what color it is though. Perfect salvage the inscription whatever color it is. If blue, ~3-5k after salvaging.

i put the mods on it myself to see whether that might increase the price . it is blue

which obviously sucks for me, but hey, at least i got some cool new Guildwarsguru avatar :P
