Eset firewall (guessing) and guildwars

I have eset smart security 4 and I notice that whenever I log out to switch characters, I can never rejoin the server unless I exit guildwars completely and restart it. I know that if I disable the eset 4 firewall that it works just as it should.

I want to keep the firewall on and just find a way to bypass the problem and I have added exceptions and rules to try and keep it from doing that but I can't seem to get it to work.

But nothing has changed. I can login to guildwars just fine, the only problem is if you log out to character selection screen it won't re-join with the next character.

From searching around I am guessing most answers will be just to turn it off or go from smart security to just the antivirus version.

Go from Smart Security to just the (NOD32) antivirus version
