Lord Of Blame
Could be quite a few issues,
1. GW server
2. Your internet connection
3. Corrupt GW files, try -repair then -image
Is this a new problem that just started or did you just start playing GW? What are your computer specs? Have you loaded any new software or updated drivers lately? Is anyone in your house using the internet connection that you are?

to me it sounds like a firewall or anti virus/spyware issue dealing with ports.

What's your GPU? Might be compatibility problems.

I would expect it to be NAT settings or firewall settings, or a similiar connectivity problem, although do check that you are connected to the internet.
Have you bought a new router, changed ISP, got a new PC, got a new Anti-virus or anything like that?
