There's definitely something fishy going on here.... maybe they tried testing the April Fools thing on their "secret dev section" of guild wars and it didn't work; the second update was implemented to fix it. They also added some trivial website upgrades to a website no one goes on in order to convince the less intelligent guild wars players that they actually did something.
