So i was playing RA went pretty good

But then we faced a team we all thought never could been random

this is what it looked like :

W/E Shockaxe
W/E Devestating Hammer
Rt/Mo Spirit Spammer with Holy Veil
Mo/W Stance WoH

now my question is

is this a random team or not?

Look at the guild tag if they are all the same then it was a sync group.

If not it was a good Random group which do occasionally happen.

You don't have to be in the same guild to sync. The better question though, is does it matter?

Yes, everyone is able to sync with everyone.
And yes, it matters. The only use is to get Gladiaotor-Points before you have to play in Team-Arena.

This is not the meaning of random Arena. This is like Norgu in Tombs. Or Consets an PvE-Skills in PvE (my opinion).

Of course it is not really funny if you don't get any Monk in h, and when you switch on Monk you get three other.

Sync is abusing the counter, abusing the generell Idea behind random Arena.

You are only gimping yourself if you enter RA without friends or guildmates. Unless you are playing in the most popular hours you are practically guaranteed to run into a sync team before you reach 10 wins.

If you can muster a full team go to chinese or japanese district, all hit enter at the same time or all enter and press cancel and reenter at 3-4 secs left on the timer. If you are only syncing with 1 or 2 friends use the korean district. There you are likely to get some other up and coming pro gladiators on your team.

This starts you off with an extra 3 glads before going to TA and on the way you get to beat up lots of noob players who should never get into pvp anyway. Beat them soundly and rankflash them if you can, its awesome!

Only an idiot or a masochistic person would enter RA by himself nowadays. I'm both so I go in anyway but I keep getting reminded why this is a bad idea.

lol.. stuff like that happens, I have several times ended up in a ideal group like:
Mo/W WoH/stances
W/Any hammer war
Me/N VoR
R/Any Interrupter

Always fun with a team like that.. rarely happens though

Hi. Please ask yourself: "can people at guru answer this question?" before you post it. Thanks.
