Watching the vid in one of the threads on this forum (The already nerfed clear-plains-in-half-an-hour one using CoP and a celerity) I got an idea.
I've been running UWSC a lot recently on my sin. One of my preferred areas is the Pits, because of the big mass of enemies and quite high ecto probability. But being greedy as everyone should be, I usually look for more than some measly ectos in pits. So, where do I go? Start of pools and plains. I do not have the fortune of being in an UWSC group, which is why most of the times (except when it's me of course) the moutains assassin fails (it is a hard area, after all). This results in a massive leaverfest or the need for a backup celerity. Well, since everyone rushes to mountains after The Four Horsemen to do it and it is so excruciatingly slow, me being an A/D just farm the Plains with scythe.
I basically go at the entrance of pools, aggro the terrorwebs there, then kill the rider and mindblades there, often nailing me an ecto or two extra.
What I came to think of when I saw that build there was: What if you can just do the A/D stuff alone with just a celerity? I tried it and actually managed to do the Chamber, and kill 5 groups of mindblades until that celerity runs out.
You may think that doing it is impossible, because killing the graspings means that aatxe will be around too and hitting aatxes with a scythe is lolzor. Nope. You can go behind the Lost soul until the aatxes are blocked and don't attack you anymore. Then you just kill the graspings normally and go make your run.
The build is the Pits runner, just used to kill the banished dream riders and mindblades. Just pull them into nice balls and they will perish like they shold.

I just don't know what this is when opposed to the existing solo sin farmer (the one with Lava Font and Burning Speed) and whether I should try using it when I solo instead of this with a celerity.
If it's not viable as a solo, then it's just a tip for those pits farmers that aren't satisfied by their drops. Even if you finish UW, you could go farm the entrance of pools and plains until the celerity runs off.
