Looking for Ta/HA/maybe GVG american based guild

I am looking for a ta/HA/possible gvg based guild, i am r3 g2 i have vent + mic i am capable of using my brain and running what ever is needed, i prefer to run melee or flagger but will be running to will what ever. for those age required guilds, i am 18 years old. i enjoy doing pve on the downtime but i don't expect the guild to do much pve
