Wiki and the Stickied Thread here are useful, but they can't help me. I keep losing at either Zojun (rarely) or Kaolai. I don't think I'm Aggroing too many. I'm a W, so I am using Save Yourselves, but it's not helping, lol. It's even NM >.<. I don't see what I am doing wrong. I don't have Livia...yet...still, so I am using Ogden, Whispers and Olias. Curse, MM from Sabway and Ogden as the Healer.

[build=OAhkYgHcoIqUegdQZweAjIGTVVyF] Olias
[build=OANDUslfSLVHVUBKgoB1DBEVVA] Whispers
[build=OwAS0YIHZ0feEkE0m5Un] Ogden

It seems to work for me. I don't know by your guys' standards. I just can't figure out why this Mission is giving me such a hard time. BTW, I typically pick up Kai Ying, Headmaster Vhang, Jamei, and either Cynn or Sister Tai.

Part of it is the RoJ AI bug.

Part of it is bad builds.

Yeah that monk bar is pretty terrible to be honest, I would go with this.

If you post your full bar, we will be better able to help you.

Part of your problem probably isn't pulling, but holding aggro. Generally, the AoE in Tahnnakai Temple will rip your stupid H/H to pieces between [[Breath of Fire] and [[Ray of Judgment]. The best solution is to run a Protection hero with heavy damage mitigation (ie [[Shield of Regeneration] and [[Shield of Absorption]) and micro several skills on yourself before running up to aggro. Have your H/H flagged safely back until you have all of the aggro, and then let them advance. This may seem tedious, but it will actually help you in killing them since they will mostly be balled up for your AoE damage from [[Spiteful Spirit] and [[Putrid Bile].

change the monk bar and you'll start to do better.
orison, healing breeze, healing touch, and restore life are all bad.

the main thing you need to watch out for when doing the mission is overaggroing and having your group stand too close together because there is alot of aoe damage(roj, breath of fire, afflicted soul explosion). avoid standing too close and you'll do fine.

I think your necros are fine, but as stated by others above, the monk build really needs improvement. I suggest putting Ogden as a prot monk; here's a few you should include for his build: [Spirit Bond], [Protective Spirit], [Shield of Regeneration], [Shield of Absorption], or maybe even [Shielding Hands].

Also, as said before, there is lot's of AoE so be careful how you aggro; a longbow to pull foes is very useful here. Make sure you kill Temple Guardians first, then Afflicted Ritualists (they have rez), Afflicted Monk, and then all the rest.

The RoJ in that mission tears your minions apart. The long RC on shambling and the short RC on bone fiends means you will have more "backline" minions. I would change your necro elite to aura of the lich and change your minions to bone horrors. This should allow your MM to crank out the minions, and spam D.nova. It might be worth while to drop SoLS and add SoA.

For your curses necro I switch your elite to pain of disenchant, its spike damage instead of damage over time like SS. I would put mark of pain in that bar too. You should also switch to /Mo and bring prots like Aegis PS soa etc.

Instead of a monk healer I would bring a rit healer because the can contribute good party wide heals and alot of splinter. Bring things in the rit bar like pure was li ming, spirit light, mend body and soul, Resilant weapon for a nice cond. armor and regen buff, kaoli and life are also good options. Splinter at 15 channeling does 50 for 5 attacks. Gaze of fury might be very helpful because there are alot of rit with spirits here, the rits in this mission have minimal to no heals without a spirit up.

Silvan, your Warrior build is pretty solid and doesn't really need work.

The Protection hero that Pip Squeak posted is exactly what you'll want to bring. Precast [[Shield of Regeneration], [[Shield of Absorption], and [[Protective Spirit] and run into the fray. Dodge the AoE, then hold aggro.

Let us know if you have further trouble after giving it another go.

Like others said, change your monk build etc.
And also pick up the first longbow you see, and pull foes with it. Take them down in smaller groups.

That's what I did.

Thanks guys! I was able to get through the mission with a bit of ease. I've had GW for a long-time, but I'm not a long-time player. As such my knowledge is pretty insufficient. Thanks with the Monk help.
