Your previous thread was closed for a rules violation. You need to wait 24 hours from the time of the thread being closed before you can re-post the thread or post another thread.
This thread is closed as you re-posted a closed thread, and posted it before 24 hours have passed - thus violated the rules yet again. You may only have 1 active thread at any time, and you may only post in your thread once every 24 hours. Any more threads or post's than this will get the threads closed as they would violate the guidelines.
You should check your Private Messages, as you no doubt have some PM's from the moderator's who have been modding your threads. At the upper right section of the page, above the link listing (User CP, FAQ, Member List, etc) is a link called "Private Messages:" - click that and read any you have gotten.
