What update are you talking about? The next update will come next thursday bringing the rewards, monthly tonic and some other stuff.

The monthly build comes on either the first or second Thursday of the month. Expect the 2nd and be pleasantly surprised if it comes on the first is what I usually say.
Thursday has always been their build-day and not tied to a specific date. (Obviously this changes for emergency fixes and other such "must do it sooner!" things)

And yeh just to back up what was said, first or second thursday, i like what that other user said, "Expect the second, and be pleasantly surprised if its the first"

It doesn't happen at a specific time. It is usually on a Thursday, and it occurs when they are ready to do it, affected by several variables.
