Even with the gold skin, non-max equipment just doesn't sell. I'd say salvage the inscription, then merch it.

Monks like to use req 8 tactics shields for pvp, so I wouldn't merch it, sorry I can't tell you how much it's worth.

actually you're wrong. near max golds with good skins still sell, especially if mods are good. especially shields when the difference between 15 and 16 armor is almost nonexistent. however req 7 15 armor shields are more sought after than req 8s, so non max req 8s arent the most popular out there...

Before the stances nerf this could easily sell for 40k+, now it's still one of hottest skins for low req insc shields so don't merch, try s/b 10k

Before the nerf CRAP shields with r8 15ar were selling for 40k.... this is one of the most popular ones...

imo still could get 40k or so..... post in sell, see how it goes
