How to best capitalize on mesmer heroes use of epidemic

Gwen is setup as follows.

[Gwen;OQBEAbkCOIcQP74EKksyTA]

Template critiques aside, how can a curses necro (player) best capitalize on on her use of Epidemic. Rotting flesh is my thought, but it can take a while to cast (even with Modti's dep staff and the double 1/2 casting time mods)

Side note: Why does it say pvp build? I never pvp. does this mean there is a pvp altered skill?

[enfeeble] for widespread weakness, [rip enchantment] for bleeding, [plague sending] to use their conditions against them, [weaken armor] for widespread cracked armor. All curses attribute. I suggest [enfeeble]+[weaken armor] ;-) long durations, softens their armor, softens their dmg output. Use other curse hex skills for widespread pressure degen.

If you're bringing gwen along and you run those conditions yourself you can consider using [Fevered Dreams] alongside [Epidemic] not to sure how heroes use it tough, i just used myself mostly and it's nice for spreading the conditions better.

For the Necro build, if you wanna use [Plague Sending] there's 1 skill wich makes it a ton better [Foul Feast].
Personally i wanna try and get [Contagion] in one of these set ups but it just doesn't seem to be worth it :/

i would replace [light of deldrimor][i am unstoppable][wail of doom] for [lingering curse][well of silence][necrosis] u shouldn't be in the middle of mobs, so LoD and IAU don't seem too useful. wail doesn't last enough to be effective beyond quick spikes and it seems ur aiming more for pressure. between the well, lingering, and suffering, u should be able to keep 5-8 pips degen going steady. and i would definitely follow marth's suggestion for taking [fevered dreams] with [epidemic] pwnage ;-) but be sure to give gwen something else for e-management since she won't have e-drain. i'd take out [signet of weariness] because energy denial on monsters is a lost cause ;-)

That's really all I can say since you said to ignore Gwen's template
Thanks LOL I've seen too many threads degrade into flame wars over templates.

But I see your point.

I'm going to try this:

Will [Enfeebling Blood] work as good or better than [Enfeeble]?

Uhh...

1. Disease automatically infects adjacent foes, so Epidemic is worthless for it.

2. Enfeebling Blood has a far bigger AoE ranger than Epidemic, so Epidemic is worthless for weakness. (Yes, EB is much better then Enfeeble.)

3. Weaken Armor has an AoE range equal to Epidemic, so Epidemic is worthless for it.

4. Bleeding is so weak it's not worth spreading around.

5. If you really want to spread conditions, use Extend Conditions. In that case, for a hero I'd suggest a Me/E with EC, Glyph of Immolation, Steam, Phantom Pain, and Drain Delusions for starters. That way the hero produces their own AoE blind, deep wound, and burning. For your build, go to the PvE skills for cripple (YMLAD) and dazed (Technobabble).

Is there any correlation between [Mark of Rodgort] and hexes of some sort? Whereas having your Ele/* hero use MOR, helps a necro somewhow? i.e "already suffering from a hex..."

Sorry not up on all the acronyms.

EC and YMLAD are [extend conditions] and ["you move like a dwarf!"].

In my experience, heroes are kinda crappy at using [epidemic].
