Did conficker start it's damage?
I keep getting kicked from GW, but when I was last on, GW lag-locked, then all of a sudden I had 2 drunkard points in 20 seconds (kamaspam)...
My connection seems screwed too, google taking time to load after GW lags - but GW lagging another 20 seconds after google recovers...
I guess it could be me - but no viruses detected... Perhaps I'm traveling sub-speed-light, so my 20 seconds are ANET's 2 minutes =D
ANET hacked?

Nope - My FIOS provider Very-Z-off was having problems for 3 hours - funny thing.
No Inet, no phone line, but (cable) TV was perfect.
Gave me a great idea to max out drunkard title, tho (hint, hint - ethernet disco after each 5-point alcohol).
REMEMBER - hard to call it a virus on my part, when I got 2 drunkard points 20 seconds after I quaffed a 5-point alcohol in Spamadan... =D

The title made me laugh

Just in passing, since people are so conscious and possibly concerned about Conficker, don't fall for the scams capitalising on the current fear:

I went 2 months last summer with no internet. the whole time I was thinking I had a hidden virus... when all along it was my cable provider giving less and less signal strength. You can have perfect cable and no internet because cable does not need the strength that internet does. I switched providers and have not had an issue since. (Charter was the bad monkey in my case)
Run a virus barrage and if you find nothing check the connections (make sure if you are using splicers they do not reduce the strength to much or you will need an amplifier) run a straight shot to your computer and disconnect anything else to test it. if it helps then maybe you need an amp if not you may want to bring in someone elses laptop to check the system. Just in case. All else fails bring in the provider (usually costs you money when you do)
