Why haven't I got a birthday present? :(

Hi well I have two characters that are now due for a birthday presents one of them hit 37 months and the other has hit 13 months both of which have not recieved a present. I have checked both of thier inventories and they both have room for the presents. So my question is why i haven't i recieved them? is it possible to not get one?

If your account is temporarily banned at the time of any of your character's birthdays, you will not receive a present for that character.

nope i have never been banned before. i do play very infrequently, could the amount of time i play effect me getting a birthday present?

1) it is the character age that matters, not the account age.
2) you need to have open slots in inventory for the present.
My bet is when you typed /age, you looked at the account age, not the character age.

no my account is i think 40 or 41 months old and its on only 1 account... the 13 and 37 months is exactly how old each of the characters are.. and yes i checked agian each of them have plenty of room in their inventories.. im at a loss

Possibly your little sibling used it? Is there anyone who knows your account? If yes, then it's probably then. In any case, it's no biggie, you'd only get some stupid minipet that doesn't do anything. >.<

o.O You're talking about AT least 10-15k free if you sell the minis. More so if it's a rare third year one. For a player that doesn't play much (=no farming) that's a very nice sum of money.

Grab some elite armor or some nice weapons. Or just keep the money, since it's always nice to have in case of need.

ok im pretty sure that im the only one who knows my passowrd and if someone else does wouldnt they have probably taken more than just 2 unopened bday presents? i mean i have gold, ectos, a mini gwen, other minis and other items... no my inventory was not full i checked about 8 times now... and when i do play i like to have extra gold and such which is why i would like to have the minis also to collect them

Seriously, it's a birthday present. On top of that it's a VIRTUAL birthday present, which means you'll get a mini pet. I wouldn't worry about, and you shouldn't either. Its not like mini pets do anything anyways. |

Check your minis that you already have. Did you buy any or are they just your birthday presents. If they are just b-day gifts, see if you have a 3rd year mini..... Maybe you got them and forgot because they weren't that special

Hmm im just going to choose to ignore everything The Thrasher has wrote, maybe he'll stop writing stupid worthless crap here... And Faure thank you that is exaclty why i am asking about this, because it is supposed to happen for everyone and didn't happen for me, and since this has happend to me im sure it could happen for others as well. Anyways i sent ncsoft my question so I'll see if i get an answer... thanks everyone for trying to help
