PC: Q12 cruel elemental sword of shelter

Hi, I was wondering if I should sell this, and what for.

Slashing dmg: 15-22 (q 12)
Lengthens deep wound duration on foes by 33%
Armor +7
Inscription "Dont think twice" Halfs casting time of spells (chance 10%)


Obviously I should swap out the inscription, what would be a better one to attatch that could help me sell it for more?

1-3k, very common these days. And with Easter coming up, everyone will have quite a few of these for sale from Raptor-Farming.

And don't mod it. Modding doesn't raise the price by more than the values of the item and the mods.
