What will happen when i upgrade Wintergreen wand - which has no attribute - with Forget Me Not and of Memory mods? Which attribute will they work as? thank you for any response

Candy cane doesnt, Wintergreen does
just saw it on wiki (unofficial, nothing about it on official where i was looking first ) ... "The effects Wand Wrappings of Memory and "Aptitude not Attitude" Inscriptions do not trigger on any spell cast, thus are useless." pity
