Last time I checked, the 600/Smite guide on PvX did not have this information, and I do not recall seeing this on Guru.
The best thing you can do is probably join a run, and pay close attention to your runners. Or just give it a whirl yourself after familiarizing yourself with the dungeons, and making notes
