Is there a skill out there (doesn't Matter what proffession) that can transfer hex's from yourself to an opponent and cause them to suffer the effects of the skill, for example, if i was to cast life transfer on an opponent then they casted said hex transfer spell, i would then be teh 1 suffering from -8 health degen and they gain +8 heath regen?

hope you understood all of that :P

[Revealed Hex][Inspired Hex] - they can remove the hex and send it right back at you or anyone else. To be effective they either need to have specced in the hex's attribute, or more likely use [signet of illusions].

Something like [Plague Sending] but for hexes?

I think you might be looking for [Inspired Hex] and [Revealed Hex], just keep in mind that These can not "steal" monster-only Hexes. However, the Energy gain does happen, and the skill recharges instantly. Also, it does not consider the original hex's duration when using it on an enemy.

So if you get hexed with say [Atrophy], use [Revealed Hex] and then attempt to cast [Atrophy] on a target, it's duration will be 3 seconds unless you have points in curses.

I hope that all made sense.

what's cool about inspired and revealed is that they can be spammed when removing monster hexes because they cannot be replaced by monster hexes. especially useful in frostmaw
