I was wondering after seeing a build on Wiki putting S&H mods on the weps for a mirror of ice build... Now this got me wondering, does S&H actually effect the dmg output?
If so, i'm going to start adding S&H defensive sets to spikes.

Does not increase anything but the weapons base damage. No skill damage is increased by Strength and Honor mods. So if you were using a wand with 11-22 damage, and a 15^50 Str&Hon, it would end up doing 13-25 damage.
