Since no one is answering, I'll try to give you some vague ideas.
The Staves dont really have a fixed price, so I'll give you a range.

1) 25-35k (with luck maybe 5k more if someone desperately needs one)
2) 5k +/- a few k
3) could go for 30-40k
4) maybe 8-15k
5) ~5k
