Hey all, thnx for trying to help me out here

Im gonna make a new sin, cause this head doesnt make me happy anymore So I wanted to make a new sin with a chinese name, went to google, translated and copy-pasted it. But the sad thing is it doenst accept the name, so end of story. Do I need a koran account to be able to use chinese characters in my name?

Secondly (im so much of a culture geek, so excuse me ), is there any sort of "european" chinese, like a chinese word in european characters? And if so, anyone knows some sort of translator for it?

Suggestions are always welcome. Also if neither of the above things exist, if anyone could post me some nice chinese looking names?

Thnx in advance

What... do you mean by that, exactly? It's definitely possible to take Chinese words and write them out phonetically if you want to, but I'm not sure what you mean otherwise.

Lol.

Korean acc for korean chars like 이두/吏讀.

Japanese acc for japanese chars like 短気なところがあり

Chinese acc for chinese chars like 认为自己是中国人的台湾人.

That's it. If you have a european account, then you can't name your char with any asian chars, altho you can type in korean, japanese or chinese language in ALL chat.

I just used english characters to make names that sounded Japanese or tibetan or Chinese

Thus I have an Assassin Yoshi Takamura which sounds ok to me.

# YOSHI (1-義, 2-吉, 3-良): Unisex short form of Japanese names beginning with Yoshi-, meaning 1) "correct," 2) "fine, happy," and 3) "good, nice."

Or my Monk Ju Tsun Jangmu

Jangbu M Wise, learned, skilful, clever
Jangmu F Feminine form of Jangbu

I use tables of names or name generators there are loads of them around covering real world names and fantasy.

Well, of course there is a Latin alphabet for the Chinese language.

As example my assassin is called Yamato No Kunoichi meaning: Female Ninja of great Japan (Old Japan). This is the Japanese writing system using the Latin Alphabet called Romaji, but you also got Kanji 漢字 the japanese signs writing system. The Japanese used the Chinese langauge to form their own, so I'm sure the Chinese got a likewise system.

They shouldn't be too hard to find - if you google Chinese names most name sites have a list of commonly used words in Chinese names.

Then you can rewrite them using pinyin - which should also be provided for you.
