What To Do

With this running build how do I know when to use the item spells. I mean there 3 of them, I guessing you use Lively when your near dead (I think). But when would you use Protective over Generous and visa-versa. Also I only got faction atm so umm if you got a skill I can replace over Feel No Pain that would be extremely helpful.

Never used a build like that to run before but I'd assume...

[[Generous Was Tsungrai] is your main heal,
while [[Protective Was Kaolai] is just a 'backup' heal, or armor increase.
Like if you're not planning on taking too much damage, the extra armor from Kaolai might be more benificial than larger heals
...or if you need to drop Tsungrai before the recharge is up, Kaolai is there.

[[Lively Was Naomei] will be exactly for what you said.
(Just be sure to bring a hero or hench with a res when running alone and flag them at the entrance, otherwise you will still end up at the res shrine.)

In place of [[Feel No Pain] maybe take something like [[Soothing Memories] or [[Wielder's Boon] ...just in case you need them?

Honestly though, I'm not really sure and was just making guesses n.n;

if the campgain u have is factions where r u running to? im guessing chest running,does seem to be a helpful member in a chest running group,but i dont think theres that many of those anymore

honestly with factions-only you're severely crippling your choices, and, trust me, there are a LOT. consider buying a proph+NF dual pack and adding it to your account, imo.
