sell it to merchant. if the enchant mod is 20%, maybe worth 2-3k? req9 will be how much scythe mastery u would need to wield it (or how much attribute u would need for other professions)
In you skillbox there are points called attribute points. If you have less then requirement 9 it will deal the same dmg as a starter scythe. So to deal more dmg with it, you need to have at least 9 scythe mastery.
And about the scythe, just merch it. Very common skin.
