Best chests to use all my lockpicks on?

Which chests have the most chances to get prestigious or expensive weapons?

I've been gathering tons of lockpicks and I can't decide where I want to use it all.

Best places for the weapons you desire are the elite areas - UW, FoW, Urzogs, DoA, Slaver's Exile, etc. If you've got a particular weapon n mind, check the wikis to see where it drops (Voltaic Spear in Slavers, et.al.)

Voltaic Spears drop only from end chests, I think...

Best drops are in elite areas like the ones mentioned above, yeah. Personally, I'd stick with Witman's Folly Tons of superior vigors there, and it's a fast run.

Do superior vigors have like a higher drop rate there or something?

Runes in general drop more there. There are only Grawl around the chests, and Grawl Gear is the most common drop from them.

I'm not saying you'll make your money back from running there, but I prefer that run to opening chests in other places.

as perma FoW is not that hard, UW is also runnable.
when i go to urgoz i always take some keys, i like the zodiac skin a lot.

I'd suggest running Echovald Forest or Celestial items (Nahpui, Xaquang)

Opening chests with lockpicks is not a good way to make money or get nice weapons. If you don't care about treasure/lucky titles, sell your picks (1250 each) and buy something you want with that cash. Gl.

If you are going for title, you should be looking for easy chests, and if you are looking to make a money then you should sell them.

end chests have best drops, but those don't take lockpicks =D. not many highly valuable things drop from regular chest anymore these days ;-) anything that could have been farmed has already been overfarmed for the most part.

Go run echovald forest.

You are very happy if you get some nice perfect echovald shield or gothic defender

Also Urgoz is a good pick, but hard to chestrun there.

in order to max both treasure hnter title and wisdom, where can i use all my lockpicks in hm theat are easy to get to. Do not care what comes out of them but i only care about my title track.

-Outside of Boreal Station, there are up to three chests that take less than two minutes to get to. It does not necessarily have the best drops but it is a quickest way of moving this title along, slightly faster than Fronis or Witman's.

-Fronis Irontoe's Lair (accessed via Kilroy Stonekin in Gunnar's Hold) has a chest that can be reached in a minute or less, especially when Kilroy uses his "Kilroy Stonekin" skill.

-Raisu Palace (explorable area) will always hold exactly 5 chests. Ideally, a full run will take about 5 minutes. This can be a difficult run because of all the Shiroken enemies, however the payoff can be great, with Oni Blades and Golden Phoenix Blades having a chance to drop.

-Farming Golden Eggs during Easter events can be an extremely rapid method of gaining points.

the fow/uw end chests golds are always inscribable (i believe)

but the ones requiring picks....yeah, non-insc, however getting perfect inherent mod non-inscs are very nice
