Yes to both questions. You can increase your character's personal inventory by getting Runes of Expansion, I believe they're called. You can get them from quartermasters using monastery credits, I think. They take your five-slot bags and expand them to ten slots. As far as the bank system goes, take a look around the various towns and outposts. You'll see Xunlai agents and Xunlai chests. Purchase your storage account from the agent, for about 50 gold, and then you can use the chests to store items and trade them between all of your characters. For an extra 50 gold, you can buy a crafting materials tab within the Xunlai chest, which allows you to store up to 250 of each of the types of crafting material.

In addition to what was stated above, also note that there will be an update later in April that will make changes to the current storage, both for characters and for your Xunlai storage. Read the update notes for details.

[distracting shot] This should be used on all skillbars if your using a bow. Whether its a turret ranger, Interupter, Barrager, Beastmaster, you should always have D-shot, best ranger skill in the game.
Otherwise its really up to what you want to do, i played through most of factions with a sword wielding sin, with no offhand, because i thought it looked cool. And i played through a decent chunk of prophecies with a smite monk before the RoJ buff, because it seemed like fun.
Sure having a good build helps, so you could post any ideas here, and we would be more than willing to tinker with them.

Longbow for pulling, Recurve for everything else.

2.i dont have all my ranger/necromancer skills yet.

edit: Whats recurve?
and on my storage question. I could not find any Xunlai Agents could i get a little more direction here?
Edit2: I was looking at the guild wars website and it had a section for skill packs but i could not find a option to purchase them? did they stop selling them?

a.There are several types of bow available and each has different advantages.
http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Bow
b. If you are playing Prophecies and are still in pre-searing (beginner area), there is no storage available. You can find out a lot about this section of the game (which is a tutorial) at http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Pre-searing and http://www.presearing.com
c. The wiki has a lot of game information including explanations of the professions. You also might want to visit our Campfire section's Ranger subforum. There is a sticky on Ranger basics which will cover most of what you need to know for now about this profession.
Hope you are enjoying the game.

Turret Ranger, Beastmaster etc are all common play styles/skill bars used by rangers.
Alot of the time in this game, people only want the very strongest of skill bars. But you can complete the game with any skills you want, so basicly dont feel that you must find the builds people want you to use.
