For those of you who have played Soul Calibur 4 (any console). There is a character that looks suspiciously like a Dervish from nightfall. I do not know this characters name as I traded my copy of SC4 in a while ago but if you do have it, check it out. He is a black guy wearing a hooded robe and wielding a very large scyth. Does this sound suspicious to you?

Who, Zasalamel?

If you're implying that they copied it from GW, then you'd be wrong. He first appeared in SCIII which came out in 2005. He's even on the cover of the game.

Zasalamel

Not sure why it sounds suspicious as the Scythe has been around for a LONG time and a hooded character is in a lot of games. Nothing new.

purely coincidental.

i suppose next your gonna say that every game with a ninja in a black suit copied that other game with a ninja in a black suit.

You noticed zasalamel, and you didn't notice similarities between nightmare and primal warrior armor.

There is nothing suspicious here. In a lot of places GW has references to other games/movies/things

However, there is an enemy in Soul Calibur:Legends for the wii that is remarkably similar to a dervish. They wear cyan/light blue hoods, wield gigantic scythes, and use wind magic to severely irritate you in all possible manners of irritability.

You can't tell by the posted picture, but Zasa's 2P costume has a hood. Anways, a hooded character with a scythe is a huge cliche, and has been done many times.
