Travel between chapters

I have reached Kaineng center in GW: Factions with my main character and I have recently bought nightfall, but I cannot travel to Elona. I have the travel option but it only brings up "the great temple of balthazar" I definitly have nightfall as the game lists it in the manage access keys section and i can start a new campaign there. But I cannot travel between them.

Any help?

When you enter Kaineng a message should pop up telling you what to do.

You will have to do a quest named "Sunspears in Cantha"

That is the answer you need. I noticed that the message when you arrive in KC doesn't stay on screen very long... It's easy to miss, which is probably why we see so many threads asking for guidance on this topic.
