Quick question that I think I already know the answer to (I believe the answer is no):

Just saw Swiftspell's Staff drop which happens to have Fast Casting +1 (20% chance while using skills) on it. Can this be triggered by classes that are not mesmers? For example, can a Warrior get casting time of Healing Signet reduced to that gamebreaking 1.94s, or for a more serious example, a Resurrection Signet get cast in 2.91s?

It will only work on Spells from the Fast Casting spell line.

Nice question, haven't really thought of it myself, but wiki has the answer.

You know, I even read that on wiki and for some reason it didn't trigger in my head what that meant. I'm an idiot.
