is there a chance someone could post a small guide on posting on this site, im stuck with posting an image up as im wanting to sell soem stuff, and ive got it all screen shotted etc, just i cant post it

well ive managed to get images onto the site, just when i preview my post they come up really small, and ive tryed to alter the size and unsure how to get it to work

here is an example of the size it comes out
