Idk why put I feel the urge to delete all my characters...

The strangest urge just came over me tonight and I want to delete all my guys and start over. I've been getting bored of the end game of gw but always liked playing the game as a new character. And well all my slots are filled with level 20s and stuff so there is no easy will to make room for some new guys. So I was thinking about just deleting all my guys and starting over. I would still have all my money and good items. All my hall of monument stuff would be saved so its not like I would rele be losing anything. Any ideas on this or am I a little out of my mind.

i suppose but i'm not interested in buying a new character slot. I think i would get more use out of the game by starting over. Basically my account is all revolved around one character who has tons of hall of monument stuff and the other guys have absolutely nothing. So as long as I keep my main the only thing I lose if a lil bit of time to get my guys to 20 which hopefully will be fun

I'd suggest not deleting your characters. I've done it and I've regretted it later.

Not lose anyting o_O How about all the skills and elites?? Hours and hours of work down the drain .. Savor what you got and keep heading towards new goals.

i've done that.
and the only thing i regret is that i failed to get my 3rd year gift and now my 4th year gift also.
if you really want to restart, i suggest that you delete all character so there's nothing to go back to. otherwise, just buy a character slots and then play with those new characters.

If you're really that bored, start trolling RA by entering with purposely bad builds. There's a ton of joke builds I can give you. Here's one for example:

If u're bored at pve, delete the character you dislike most and create a pvp char. Or, if you have enough money, equip a char with pvp weapons, armor, builds and go play some HA. Get a nice bambi, and eventually go play GvG, which is, in my opinion, the best pvp in GW.

I played the game for 2 years then got really bored of it, I felt like I had nothing else to do so I went and deleted all 8 characters who had really good stuff.
You lose all titles and items but your heroes still keep your elites.
It gave me the will to play again but I still miss my necro who was my main and I had a lot of pets including varesh and kuuniyang which got deleted, I wish I kept them now.

Some characters I've deleted 4 years ago now and I still hate myself for it and wish them back today, remaking them never felt the same either...
Others though? Deleted them and can't even remember their names or what some looked like...
I go through a process where I transfer everything off a character, even her armor, then sit there and look at her.. seeing if I feel bad. Then, if I build up the nerve to do it, I type /age, pull up my hero panel with the name, /wave to the camera, screenshot and delete it. There's a lot of times I'll take everything off, only to get sentimental and put it all back on and feel bad that I was going to kill her.
So, just decide what ones you really don't care about... Delete those first. With 2-3 new characters, you'll be busy for quite some time, and probably hate repeating the game by then.
Now days though, personally, I mostly buy new slots instead of deleting characters I kinda like. If I don't care about one whatsoever, I'll delete it.

For me, I'm just returning from almost a year break as I finally just finished building my computer a few days ago so I can actually play stuff haha.
And yes, I just looked at all my characters I've made and I want to delete them all too. I've decided to keep only two of my 20's which I've worked the most on. Just gonna start fresh other than that though.

I've had the same feeling, but since my account is mostly 2-3 mules, i couldnt because well i couldn't put anything anywhere... which was a good idea because i would've regretting my rit (which at the time was my main)... speant a good 1.5k hours out of my total 2.7k hours playing...
My solution? took my sin, got him some sick armor and beat NF and Factions within 2 days, and then just (randomly mind you) VQ'ing Tyria, now all i can do is titles on him, and i think its fun.
So my opinion, take a pre-existing char, set a goal for some really nice armor or something and work from there.

Had the urge to do that twice, did it twice.. And the strangest thing is, I don't even regret it.. It was quite fun to play through the game without having money to buy everything I wanted whenever I wanted, but after you've got a bit of money and some chars again it's just gets boring again. Maybe it's just better to set some goals (titles?), or get another game..

Im the same, i have got a title grinder, but you have to take a break. Ive got 6 other lvl 20s, and 1 slot that i usually get lvl 20, waste money on full armor, then delete a week later. But thats because im too cheap to buy an extra char slot. I might just buy the £24 GW bundle (all campaigns) off amazon, and start afresh.
